The 2023 Rose is bang on; it has a great light salmon colour, which would be seen in the south of France. Aromatically there are thoughts of raspberries, lightly boiled lollies and cream when smelling after a soft swirl. On the palate, the wine is dry, with red fruits dominant; pleasingly, the wine is naturally soft in the mouth, which makes it a wonderful drink during most times of the year.

Before Windowrie became what it is today, our homestead had its own distinct charm. The previous owner, a devoted pig farmer, shared a bond with his animals unlike any other — he welcomed them into his home, quite literally. The pigs roamed freely, becoming as much a part of the house as the walls and roof themselves.
When our family took over and made the homestead our own, welcoming our first son, we began to see our home through a new lens.
