Dark red, purple, and minor brick red in colour. Aromas of red and dark cassis, dark chocolate, clove spice, crushed herb, caramel, and blackberry jam. The palate is medium-bodied and has oak characteristics which provide length and structure.

Established in 1971 in the foothills north of Mudgee, Botobolar Vineyard was Australia’s first certified organic vineyard, founded by Gil and Vincie Wahlquist.
